Need help with internet stuttering

It's probably not your connection. A lot of sites have crappy video including a few of Youtube's more overloaded servers - especially when they are getting hit hard. I see it all the time with videos on The Blaze or MRC and once in a great while at youtube. I can switch to a different Youtube video and it works great - that tells me it's the server the slow video is sitting on or poor load balancing at the site.
