what the is wrong with my computer or internet or calguns?

I have my homepage set to calguns and for the past hour i haven't been able to reach the site or it is not working properly. i keep getting directed to roadrunner page that says the site is not recognized or does not exist. is calguns working on the site or do i have a problem with my computer?

or an i get on and stuff doesn't look right.

I can't reach it from my Uverse at home, but can remotely from a computer at work.

i now have a bunch of blue question marks on the posts like those on images that cannot be viewed anymore. they are in place of post, quick reply and report post. other sites work properly but not this one.

i had that issue earlier. where the TWC roadrunner was saying the dns was incorrect for the calguns site.

it is probably the server host for calguns updating and the DNS servers didn't all fully update yet.

I did notice the same thing with slick guns earlier today.

I had Comcast issues a few days ago, it was like being on dialup all over again. nothing would work, did a speedtest.net test and it showed I was using a server 100 miles away in Modesto, my usual server in S.F. was doa. It's fixed now, but left me wondering for a few days-WTF!!!!

Change the dns on your router to OpenDns. You can use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check and see if a website is inaccessible to everyone or just you

i used opendns until they had an outage, now i use Googles public dns server (its 8.8.8.8).

and ill use the ISP's DNS as a secondary.

This is almost assuredly a DNS issue. Unfortunitely neither of your quick fixes would resolve the issue.

Did you reboot after changing the dns? Are you still getting the http://dnssearch.rr.com/index.php. ? If you are you didn't change your DNS correctly.
Try changing dns on router and unplugging it and plug it back in. Also check your DNS settings on the pc. Here is a link that will verify if you are using opendns. http://www.opendns.com/welcome/. On your pc try in cmd prompt ipconfig /flushdns

TWC / roadrunner are notorious for dns issues.
