Okay I am in. I will say that I am really terrible. I think part of it is my inexperiance, the other the fact that my TV is old and doesnt have the proper resolution... I cant read anything on the screen...

That said, I usually score right in the middle. Even if I get killed half a dozen times and dont kill a single enemy, I can still take flags and hold a position.

Thats more important to me...kills me to lose the map and half the team are snipers with mediocre K/D ratios...

Yeah, some teams get so bogged down camping out and defending one flag that they ignore all the other flags and end up losing the round.

Does the map show enemy opponents? It seems like some of these guys can just run around and kill me at will. The only kills I get are when I accidentaly come across the enemy, its never really on purpose. I do much better in close quarters where I have some suppresive fire and I can manuver without getting shanked or picked off from across the street.

yeah get a better tv, I believe when an enemy shoots unsuppressed nearby it shows up as a red triangle on your minimap, so I can just be paying attention to my screen keep the minimap in my periph and if any red shows up i can see where they are. Also a major game changer is spotting! if you see any enemy infantry or vehicles just aim at them and hit the select button, then a red triangle appears over them for your whole team to see. Its a major help especially if you want that close air support.

Spotting and if you are squad leader, select a target to attack or defend...its free points! If you are struggling, try laying mines at choke points and well traveled routes. The M26 is a great shotgun for up close so coupled with a rifle and a pistol, you have a lot of options to get lead down range.

Also if youre struggling with the longer range engagements, try crouching or going prone before you engage and it dramatically improves your accuracy. I used to like the shoot and move style but that was before I tried setting up a M240 bravo on a bipod and went to town, talk about .308 stopping power.

Yeah, I can defineitly tell the difference between the sub guns and the battle rifles. I really like the SCAR-H, range and stopping power. I wish they made a 30 rounder for it.

I read about spotting and the mini map, but my resolution makes all small details like words and maps look blurry.

I've been booted from the server consistently. I haven't finished a map in three days. I called comcast and I get the atuomated "we are working in your area" garbage. Anybody else having problems?
