    newb google earth help

It may not be the right program, but if I could get some input on how to

Take a map or sat image of the state of california, do an overlay/layer grid w/ 75 mile squares. The reason I mentioned earth, is it would give most Schools, but not required. I read some info/tutorials/searched, but did not see an easy way to do this. Some one else mentioned doing Visio, which I have, but never used yet. They also mentioned to do it in Power point, but kinda newb to that too. Thanks for your time

kinda close, and THANK YOU. I would like to add an overlay grid so we can carve it up into zones and plot hubs 75 miles apart.
