so i preordered and got my early invite. i tried downloading it and come to find out i can't. the server is blocked by our comm guys?!?!?!?! i wish i had the option of purchasing internet here (deployed) instead of using these crap servers. i won't even be able to download the full game until i get home. i hate my life sometimes.

Yeah another map would make it a lot better especially since we already played this map in the alpha release.

Games fun on PC. Definitely more realistic than BC2 with sounds, impacts and overall game play. Makes BC2 almost look slightly cartoony. The rush map provided is excellent showing off the infantry based side of it and showing the potential for just how great the squad/clan matches could be. The game is easier to kill people rather than the 5-6 shot kills on normal mode BC2 its more like 3 shots now. Pistols is about 4-5.

Only negatives from my short time of playing (keep in mind its the beta) are players are invisible in the brush while prone (not disappearing, just plain hard as hell to see) and being shot through some of the rocks. This was confirmed by multiple people.

I played for about an hour when I got home but I got a bad ASUS motherboard that likes to freeze during any heavy game play so I sent off my credentials for battle log to my co-worker and he installed the game and played. I'm awaiting his arrival so I can hear how epic he thinks it is as well. He's ranked up 11 levels after playing 6 hours and unlocked a bunch of stuff.

It's a beta, these are normal issues, BF2 release had these issues for 2 patches. lol So I would not say this beta sucks.

I am at 15-25 fps, so game is barely playable, I have better frame rate then when I first started playing BF2, 7-12fps. Computer specs for reference:
