Anyone Here Use an Obi110 to Bridge GVoice to a POTS Phone?

OMG - I just got an Obi110. See:

It's this strange little box that can bridge your Google Voice (or pretty much any type of non-POTS) service over to use a regular POTS phone.

It's got like a million features, and costs about $50. The cool thing is that THIS + Google Voice = totally free phone calls, with no monthly service fee.

The calls are very clear, and it makes my phone work just like a regular phone. All my Google Voice features still work, and my phone rings and dials out now just like a regular phone.

NOW - I'm trying to figure out some cool hacks. The interface supports all sorts of protocols, so I am hoping that some phreakers will come into this thread and let me know if there are any undocumented features, etc. . .

    Here's a shot:

YES, used it today - two hour phone call, and crystal clear. . .

The company is up here in NorCal - Campbell. Seems like they have some good folks there. The thing just works!

I'm not associated with them in any way - just think it is extremely cool. . .

That looks like a nice simple solution to get google voice working on a pots phone.

This same thing is normally pulled off with a bit more work using "roll your own" solutions. the basic things needed are a ATA (Analog telephone adapter) and a small server or box to run asterisk PBX.

there is a good asterisk PBX solution that supports google voice out of the box called "PBX in a flash". its pretty good.

I bought a few, have played with them a little, they seem to work fine, haven't had time to really dig in and put them through their paces.
