anyone live near Santa Cruz with Surfnet?

Anyone have it? Surfnet communications. Who created it..... I bought "up to 2mbps" and have been getting really good speed at about 1am-630am ONLY. why.....

I have never tried them but if it is cable then everyone may be taking up the bandwidth.

its a small satellite on my roof that goes to a receiver on a main collecting point about 5 miles away then that goes to scotts valley (not sure if its wired or wireless there)

A friend of mine has something similar in Hollister and I remember him having issues from time to time with it.
