      Simple elimination protocol: disconnect all drives and peripherals. You should have just CPU and memory installed. Attempt to boot. If you get no post beep then you've got a problem with PS or CPU or RAM or MOBO. Install minimum RAM configuration, retry until you get another bit of data.

      No beep is almost always a power fault, normally caused by a loose card or a short. See if you dropped a case screw on the MOBO. Also make sure that the screws holding the MOBO down are secure. They provide grounding to the case for the MOBO.

        Could be a bad capacitor?. Check all of them to see if they are blown.

        My monitor had bad caps and if I turned it off it took forever to come back on and one night it just died. 8 bucks to fix.
