COMCAST CUSTOMERS MAYBE EVERYONE ELSE

WTF is going on with their services? I just called last week, tech came out, I as a tech checked everything myself and nothing has been found wrong. from headend to the house. Even before calling I changed router, built a new machine, then ran trace packets to find level 3 communication server as a bottle neck. Then now photo bucket is all screwed. Craigslist has no answer to ghosted ads and they are not ghosting. Then you have ebay experiencing the same problems with ghosting. Was that end of the world deal supose to be a end of the virtual internet world? Whats going on with the networks throughout the world?

Last few days my Comcast has been cutting out on me. It only lasts about 15-30 seconds but it is really annoying. When I called all they could say is that they would send someone out but most likely it is my modem.

Ahhhhh I see. I just got off the phone with some super generic support. Unfortunately it's a very low level support from comcast. Somehow the issue is outside of comcast pinging their gateway with huge latency issues. They couldn't understand that. They keep quiet every time I tell them to renew the IP address cause I had it for 2 months already. Their answer is they can't because it's a dynamic IP.

Exhausting the "so called" support options sounding like a broken record. They said call microsoft their support costs you 1 million dollars. But we offer a supreme support for only $19 a month. So I act interested. Then I talk about support for renewing my dynamic IP address which they reply can be done with a paid supreme support. All of a sudden they didn't sound like a broken record no more.

Some guys on another forum pulled up info based on IP. I was surprised to see why my emails were showing up in spam boxes and this is the info the relayed to me. NOW PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING WRITTEN Because I was not aware of this either so it's an FYI:

So how does this effect me sending emails that are never delivered using my domain address? I was wondering this whole time why some haven't received my emails the past 2 months.

comcast has always been shotty with their service, it sucked in tennessee when i lived there and it sucks here in cali.
