Last Saturday night I really enjoyed the clan vs clan match even though we got slammed. Good effert by the leadership. Here I just wanted to give a few strategy ideas to think about and discuss. Now I know there is more to winning than just the ideas I have but maybe they can help in the future.
Others may correct me and brng their own ideas. Perhaps they have been tried.

This part is about flag captures.
One of the things I noticed about the other clan is that they were real aggressive and fast taking flags and holding up in the top of the buildings. At one point they had all 3 flags. While this was happening our squad was directed to hold the left flank in the trees. I SO wanted to rush a flag. However, our squad was trying really hard to work together.

Strategy idea 1:
3 of the squads are assigned to a specific flag and that is theirs to take and hold. The 4th squad is the floater/back up squad which is to be fluid and move quickly to where the fighting is heaviest. I believe this is a key strategy that keeps things simple.

Strategy idea 2:
Each squad have a point man that support members follow, just like in real warfare.

Strategy idea 3: Squads
If your squad gets hit hard and you are the last one left, or even just 2 of you, hold up in a safe spot for 10 seconds until your squad mates can respawn on you.

Haha sorry dude! I told you to stick around just incase we needed a fill in, but you left! Right after you left, one of our guys had to leave, so we did need you. We got lucky and eventually someone else came online to fill in that spot. Anyways, it was a good round, and we did really well. this Saturday is going to be a full game, so you won't be turned away for that one.

We need EVERYBODY to show up for Saturday, so we can get as close to 16 as possible. It's going to be a fun conquest map, very chaotic, but we're still going to try and stay organized with squad leaders and a general strategy. We'll be a little bit out of our comfort zone, as it's going to be vanilla mode, so yes, it will take you 15 rounds to kill someone, and we are going to have to utilize motion sensor balls and the minimap.

Hopefully we can be versatile and adapt to the new conditions. WCK and OP4 went out of their comfort zone to play on our terms, so it's only fair that we leave our comfort zones and play by their terms. Let's just do our best and be good sports about it.

SQUAD LEADERS need to come up with a general strategy/plan of attack ASAP, so that it can be discussed with the "main" squad leaders. We will also set you guys all up with the whisper lists in TS, so you squad leaders can communicate.

Squad leaders for this WCK scrim on Saturday will be:

??? - We need one more squad leader, so if you're willing to do this, let us know.

The map is Laguna Alta. Draw something up in the BF war room, and we'll discuss the best way to do things. I already have a few key points in mind for this map that I can relay to you guys later.
