Your local mom+pop computer shop would have fixed it up in half the time for half the price. Geek Squad doesn't even do the repair work themselves, they have a contractor "Agent Johnny Utah" (read, outsourced to India) log in to it with the LogMeIn service and do all the repairs. They pay these guys around $6/hour to do work they charge you a premium for. I'm surprised people still fall for the Geek Squad scams.
