Has anyone been playing rift? I just got about a week ago and its actually a lot of fun. Never played WoW, but apparently it is very similar in a lot of ways, and really different in others but its still really entertaining. It has a pretty cool story where you basically go back in time to help with a war or something, and every so often there are giant invasions and everyone joins together to stop it. Here's a video of an invasion.

I played in the beta. It was a nice distraction for when I quit WoW but was not good enough to get my money every month.

Probably because you were so used to playing WoW it just wasn't something new and exciting.

Played it for a while. Hit level cap and there wasn't much interesting endgame content to keep me playing. Warfronts wouldnt pop as frequently as I would have like while waiting for raids. Was fun for a few months.

I'm a big fan of this game thus far, definitely nice to have the dynamic ability to build your toon as you want to, with so many different paths that each one can take. I'm really enjoying it as of yet.
