Lost my toolbar on Explorere (windows XP)

I just picked up my laptop and no longer have my top or bottom toolbars (Yahoo). How do you get them to show?

I can put my curser at the top of the screen and the an abbreviated toolbar shows up but I'm used to the standard vie with the toolbars there all the time.
