Blu-Ray disc scratch

I think my player scratched my disc. It is about a 1cm scratch on the first 1/4th of the disc starting at the middle. Following the circle.

Anyone used any good products to repair scratches on Blu-Ray Discs?

Does it still play? Normally I find that Blu Ray discs are highly scratch resistant and play everytime. I wouldnt suggest using a cleaner on it if it plays fine since im not sure people are marketing blu ray disc cleaners.

It plays fine except for one part where the disc freezes.

ive repaired cd's and dvds with toothpaste. its the same principle.
