Need someone to help me set up a VOIP system for a client

There were a few people here a while back that I worked with, but I can't seem to get a hold of them. Anyone here do that sort of thing, or do you recommend anyone?

They've got an existing T1 that handles their phone/internet. We're taking them off that and switching to a faster broadband connection, but we need to kind of do it simultaneously since the T1 serves both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
