I have Quickbooks 2011. I use temps at several different job sites, which I pay for upon payment from my client. In the pay-bills screen is there a way to see either the memo line of the bill or the class/job of the bill that has been entered?

Hey Pappabacon,
I'm in Quickbooks 2009, when I bring up the screen I see the bills with amount due and all the other info. The only way I can see the memo field is to click on the " Go To Bill" button under the Discount and Credit Information field in the middle of the screen. You can't put the job info in the Ref # field, or you use that for something else? Sorry, I can't be of more help.

I'm a bit rusty with QB, but I had a similar problem. An option I ended up using was to create different templates for different types of invoices and bills. This way, you can seperate the memos and find the various subsections easier. Please keep in mind that it's late, and I'm running on 3 hours of sleep... dont ban me for being a retard.
