I'll add that one of the issues with Android tablets is the app availability. I picked up a cheapo Android tablet off amazon for $175 or so, but the aplib has a much more limited selection of apps. I'm hoping I just need to figure out more about android to move apps from my Nexus S to the tablet, but it's the first issue that I've run into.
