Like an idiot, I accepted the installation of Coupon Printer in order to print some coupons I wanted. Immediately after printing them, I used the Control Panel tool to delete the program, but I keep getting ads from the program. My Spybot program tells me there are two tracking cookies that can't be deleted as a result.
I did a net search and found that you need to go to the program files folder, select Firefox (my browser), then go into the add-ons folder to delete a specific dll file. Problem is, the dll files noted are not in my Firefox folders.
Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get rid of these ad cookies? I have checked and they are no malicious, but I hate have any kind of ads pop up while browsing.
