Need help with my color laser printer

I have a Samsung CLP-315 and recently the color prints have been horrible. I took the toners out and checked the levels and they all seem fine. I also shook them up to even the toner out.

What I did notice is that on the toner cartridges where the toner comes out it has these same lines on it.

Does it just need to be cleaned? Is there some auto maintanance that can fix this?

Could need cleaning.

How old is the printer?

Check in the following order:

-toners: OEM of aftermarket? If not OEM, replace them.
-photoconductor drum life. If old, replace.
-transfer belt. If old, replace.

Advice: in the future don't buy Samsung. Or Brother. Or anything without the badge HP or Canon on it.
