Tiny pictures on photobucket?

Whenever I try to view someone's pics hosted on photobucket. I only see tiny thumbnail pics. What gives? Is that the way the user uploaded the photo? Odd it's always a photobucket hosted pic.

That picture there is as big as it was uploaded.

There is a feature in photobucket where you can post a thumbnail of an image. It makes the image a hyperlink so that when you click on it it takes you to the full size one.
