Shift+Enter does it for .net extensions
Control+Shift+Enter does .org extensions

Just tons of keyboard shortcuts:

alt+tab when I have multiple windows open (great for gaming)
winkey + m to go to desktop
and of course alt+f4 is ftw

That's actually minimize all windows, winkey + d is desktop. You can hit it again to bring your windows back. There's also winkey+tab (Vista/7) to change between open windows (its an enhanced alt+tab). Many more too. This link should contain a complete list of keyboard shortcuts.

Firefox, Chrome and most other browsers will auto-complete it for you. IE sucks.
