    Does this even exist?

    Some microphones/ walki talkies that go around your neck like the ones in avatar? me and my dad want one of those, and also an the silver iron man suit that has all the guns on it, and also some night vision goggles...

      Throat type VOX mics are available... not cheap, and it takes some "training" getting used to how things sound and how to speak in a way that is understandable, since the actions of the lips and tongue are not 100% clearly picked up.

      The best use for these is in a high-noise environment, such as dirtbike riding, where engine and wind noise would render a conventional mic worthless.

          i have 2 throat mics but they are PTT, not VOX...

          one was for my old CB radio and one is for my ham radio.
