What's the issue? Slow? rejection? low throughput?

If you have your A, MX, PTR and TXT(SPF) records straight,
you shouldn't have any delivery problems.

Edit: I haven't dealt with high volume mail sending for a few years, but
I can help take a look see.

I've written my own mail system, I work for a tier 1 internet provider... I might be able to help. Like lazyworm said though, need more information. Would be great to know what the problem is you're facing (and what domains it affects), what software is currently being used, the volume of mail being sent, and what IP address(es) the mail is sent from.
