    Replacement gears in my scanner ?

    Home hardware experts I need advise!

    Bought this just over a year ago - forget where. I am certain its out of warranty. Used maybe 10 times. Cannon CanoScan 8400F

    while scanning a doc today, the made weird noise and got stuck. I took it apart and the plastic gears are broken.

    Where do I get replacement for the gear ?? Thanks

      suggest you take it to a local r/c hobby shop. they should have a replacement gear that would fit.
