We market a DIY home improvement product and have a website about 90% built. Currently we are in need of some marketing help - SEO, email, content, etc. Where can we go to find interested parties?

If you're not too concerned about intellectual property, NDA's, etc. you can find pretty good offshore work at www.freelancer.com and www.elance.com. That's where I would head for something like this.
