I'm trying to figure out if the post was made up just as an interesting/funny way to show off a picture of someone's shot laptop.

I read through the whole thing and it never answered the real question: What was it shot with?

Something doesn't add up here for me.


1) From personal experience using various guns and a bunch of naughty, naughty HDDs that had to die, my thought is that to me the shots look like they came from a 12ga slug. That would explain why the entry holes are so big but one of them didn't even make it through the keyboard...

IMO, a 5.56/7.62 would have zipped all the way through that laptop and a 9mm wouldn't have made that big an entry hole.

2) I also have the pleasure of working with a bunch of ex-IDF folks.. one of whom actually did bomb disposal as part of his service. He says they have a robot they'd use to blow up suspicious packages and one of the arms it has is a shotgun (water cannon is another).
