Networking issue with VMWARE

Ok, my primary network at home is 192.168.1.x. On my network I have a device that is at 192.168.2.10, and another device that is at 192.168.3.10.

What I want to do is set up two virtual XP machines on my primary PC that are assigned 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.3.1 respectively. These machines will only be able to see those other two devices on the network.

How would I set up the network adapters in those VM's so that they only exist on those networks?

You'd run Bridged Mode on both VMs. But If you want 192.168.2.1 to see both 2.10 and 3.10, you're going to have a problem unless you have true routing. 2.1 will see 2.10, but not 3.10. You can try setting a netmask for /16, but I'm not sure how your equipment will handle it.
