Anyone Using the Motorola "Cliq" Phone?

We have T-Mobile and are looking to get an Android phone. This is the only one they have with a keyboard.

Is anyone using one and if so, what are your thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

The G1 has a keyboard too. What do you plan on doing with the phone? If you want to modify it I would wait on getting the Cliq since nobody has managed to root it yet. The GSM version of the Motorola Droid should be available before much longer.

      Thanks for the reply.

      The G1 is too big.

We are just going to use them as our phones, web-browsing and texting. Nothing too fancy, but even after playing with it today for a while, I'm not completely sold.

I'd wait until T-Mobile gets an Android 2.0 handset. Probably will happen around the beginning of the year.

What's the reasoning for your thoughts on waiting?
