I removed a hard drive and it required re-activation. I tried to do it via the internet and it won't connect (even though I'm clearly online) so I tried the phone. After two attempts, the automated system can't verify the installation ID and I've now been on hold for 15 minutes. No wonder people pirate this garbage...

Tried that and it wouldn't accept it so I had to call in to activate which meant 15 minutes on hold.

PC Linux OS is also great! http://pclinuxos.com/ I have it running on two old IBM T30 laptops for the wife and kids.
