                  IT generally has to assume all employees, contractors and the occasional
                  3rd party would call for help. If you're asking about support people to end
                  user ratio, that varies a lot depending on the company and tech-literacy
                  of the end users. Marketing/admin typed typically have the most requests.
                  Followed by sales and execs. Then everybody else. Last engineers/IT.
                  That number in general varies from 1:30 to 1:100 in my past experience.
