Windows 11 screenshotting default to Desktop

My Windows 10 always let me choose where to save my Print Screen screenshots, or I could always plant it right on my Desktop, which was pretty convenient most of the time for me

Is there a way to change my default in Windows 11 - currently it goes automatically into another folder, and I can change the location folder through Properties but it won't let me send it to Desktop without a target folder on my Desktop

    Any suggestions?

How to change where screenshots are saved by default in Windows 11

Do you want to save your Windows 11 screenshots in a different folder? Here's how you can move the Screenshots folder to a different location.
