Outlook E-Mail won't load after windows update.

Windows 7. Desktop HP ( about 8 years old) Outlook e-mail. Not sure if it's related to the update. When I go to open my e-mail I get the blue envelope icon that just keeps cycling. It never opens. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies on the desktop. Still won't open.

Office updates after Jan 2023 still function on W7 ??

Thought that was the cutoff date
