Placed an order for something from a Seller on FB Marketplace that was not as described when received. Reached out to the Seller who denied screwing up order despite there being proof in conversation via FB Messenger prior to order being placed. Seller then blocked me so am unable to contact further and it seems by them doing so, this also is preventing me from opening a claim with FB as when I try, they are trying to put me in contact with the Seller who has me blocked.
Am I screwed or just not doing something right?
