    Found a Apple Airtag

Was picking up brass at the Lake Pillsbury shooting area and I found a Apple Airtag. Doesn't look damaged other than some minor scuffing. Wasn't making and hasn't made any noise. Don't own any Apple devices to see if it's active or not - just an old Samsung S7. Throw it in the Recycle?

Drop it in a dumpster. Let the owner track it to the dump.

Didn't you watch The Rockford files?

You've got to hide it on the bumper of a semi-truck going to Mexico.

Then they'll never track you down.

100% correct. There's no other reason for it to be in there except to track where that package ends up. The owner might have thought of using it as a loss prevention tool, but it invades the privacy of any customer who purchases it if it isn't removed before closing the sale.

stick it on a taxi or police car and let the fun begin.

My 13 year old daughter found one near the school two days ago. She asked what to do with it. Told her take it to the park down the street and toss it.

            Far away from the house
