    12TB HD and Windows 10

How do I Install Windows 10 on a 12TB hard drive and get 2TB into the C Partition? I have tried several times and the best I get is 1TB. 11TB go to a D Partition. What I have done is Initialize the Drive, Format it, using NTFS. Then I Install Windows 10 from a Thumb Drive. Am I missing a step somewhere?

Upon starting the Win 10 setup, delete all of the partitions and start over. You should be able to set the partition size and then install it to the 2tb partition, then wait until you're booted into the new Windows install to create the remaining partition.

Its not recommended to create two partitions, its an archaic way from the 80s/90s.

You can download the free program Discgenius. It will resize the partitions for you. I've used it on 2 SSDs and it worked perfectly.

Recover files, resize partitions, back up data, and improve disk performance — all in one.
