Built new PC. New PS is fancy with a digital readout on the side showing power, fan speed and temp. Installed with fan facing up into the cabinet. It even has lights to look at! But mounting this way the readout faces the inside of the cabinet. Turned it over so I could see the readout. But now the fan faces down. The bottom of the case is perforated but the air blast hits the surface the PC is on. About 1? of clearance.
Would this not severely restrict airflow? Or should I assume the PS maker took this into account?
Current reading is 31c.
Edit: I have been informed the PS pulls from the fan and exhausts out the back. Still have the question about reduced airflow.

R; I prefer your new method of mounting. The previous method was what everyone did in the past, but it's all personal perference.
