Moving a bunch of files, love to get it going and go do other things. I really don't know if it will keep sync'ing or not. Thanks in advance.

Such as if you ctrl-alt-del and lock it?

Yes, as long as you are logged in, and the computer is not in sleep mode, it will continue to sync OneDrive, copy files locally, to a flash drive, etc.

Everything continues when you lock your computer. You can start a video, lock the computer and you will continue to hear the audio playing.

Win+L will lock the screen, no need to ctrl-alt-del first.

I have a funny story about OneDrive and Windows 11. My mom connected her phone to the desktop and offloaded a bunch of pictures to it, after that it was trying to sync a couple of gigs worth of pictures to OneDrive but she didn?t know about it. The Roku couldn?t stream anything because the bandwidth was being used by the file sync and they were calling support for the ISP I think was consolidated who ended up replacing the router. She telling me her phone ?took over the internet service? and I?m saying that she wasn?t making any sense. A few weeks later while I?m visiting and started looking around on the desktop I see the LAN connection listed as a metered connection and as soon as I turn off the metered option the stepdad in the other room goes ?the TV just went out? when I figured out it was OneDrive then I logged her account off and everything went back to normal.
