Good luck. It's pretty unlikely that you're going to find a better camera at that price than what's already built into your phone. There just isn't much demand for a stand alone, low cost high quality camera in that price range.

No idea what models your other cameras are, but for the price I’d look at used Panasonic Lumix DMC ….

Thats a tough one. You might have to bring your price up a little. Something like a used Canon G7X can be had around $200. Those are great point and shoot cameras.

I'd ask the same question about your cell phone...

...Wife and I spent ~ 3 weeks in Italy, the Czech Republic, and France. We took pictures like crazy on a couple of I-phones and pics turned out great.

Same with a couple of weeks in Maui last year.

I don't think I need another camera. In fact, we sold a ton of 35mm Canon equipment.

Like others here have said, these days a cell phone camera is all you really need. The IPhone camera is great but I still think that Samsung cameras are much better in terms of contrast and overall quality of photos.
