    Wire two mesh nodes?

Hi, Im attempting to get internet from my home to a steel shop 30ft away. I have an empty conduit run from home to shop and planned to connect via ethernet two mesh network nodes. Im hoping the one node in the house will connect with the one in the shop via ethernet cable and then the shop will act as a wireless router for wifi devices in shop.

For a non tech person, will mesh nodes easily connect? Thanks!

Depends on the devices you are using but you should easily be able to have them use wired backhaul. Thats the preferred way to do it actually. The TPLink M9 has 2 ethernet ports which can be used for this purpose.

Thanks so much for all the replies! I ended up connecting the two nodes via direct bury ethernet cable and i am getting approximately 100mbps in the shop now. Was a little worried about the tp-link routers but has been easy so far.
