Old Guy here what does this mean "failure imminent"

Hi all...Help .... not very savvy with comp problems... what does this mean ?

Looks like a Seagate 1TB SATA drive. As the others have said, the drive is in danger of failing soon probably due to an increase in bad sectors. Please do make an effort to save off your data before you can't access the drive any longer.
