new Tablet wont USB to newer (or any other) PC.....

so I'm returning it for full refund after Amazon help told me to "patiently contact maker and use warranty".

OK, it was cheap big tablet at $140 with keyboard and mouse feature package, but how is this possible in the year 2010.

Bit of searching shows this is very common, offering all sorts of complex fixes rewiring BIOS etc and even better is says you can fix it but it will unfix next time your PC or tablet gets an update.

Any tips on which big cheap tablet with phone, keyboard, mouse features that isn't all screwed up?

Has basically average reviews. Did I just get lucky? Everything else I've ever bought "just works" at for first few years or until I drop or drown it.2022 Tablet Android 11 Facetel Q3Pro 10 inch Tablets: Octa-Core Processor 4GB RAM,64GB ROM-8000 mAh IPS HD Display, Google GMS, 2.4G+5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,Google GPS, Keyboard &

Wow. Trying to figure this post out makes my head ache. It flashed me back to the old song Ramblin Rose. Generic cheap android tablets are a minefield of disappointment. For your USB problem have you tried using an OTG connector?

That might be a safety feature. Once plugged in to the PC try swiping down on the phone screen, forgot what it's called but look for something to do with charging, click it and select something to do with file transfer.

yeah, OTG came with it and wouldn't work with flashdrive or nuthin'.

USB from PC would say "device not working" but it would show tablet's name on PC.

Anyways, I sent it back to Amazon.

          I guess I'll try a brand name.

Seems odd, though. AFAIK all this stuff will be clones of same system and (in theory) they shouldn't know how to make one that doesn't work.
