Google calendars should work, I am not sure how many people can share one calendar but I know tons of people can share/edit a single document so I imagine their calendars are the same.

Edit: Sorry, I just re-read and saw that you want it to integrate with Outlook. From a cursory bit of googling, it looks like it should be possible, but I have not read into it enough to know for sure. It looks like you can subscribe to a google calender with outlook. I dunno if that will allow you to edit the calendar from outlook. The person who wants this may want to reconsider their requirements if it is not possible and they don't want to spend a ton on o365 licenses.

I don't know how much they want to dick around with it but it seems like you can sync between g calendar and Outlook with pluggins https://support.google.com/calendar/...-outlook?hl=en

Or just view g calendar from outlook https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...a-7d02c5e77126

iCal and CalDav are the two main standards for calendar sharing. iCal is an Apple spec and CalDav is a more open standard, even though both are open standards.

Outlook client only supports iCal in read-only mode, and doesn’t natively support CalDav without third party software plugins.

Outlook natively supports Exchange Calendaring protocols, only. Exchange can export calendars in other formats, but Outlook only uses the Exchange server’s own native format.

Google uses CalDav, but can export an iCal feed for read-only clients, so if you wanted to manage the calendar on Google Calendar, or use the plugin below on the manager’s PC, you could export and sync to the other Outlook clients, but they could not add to the calendar. Sounds pretty close to what you’re looking for.

Reminder that Google Calendars are public, by default, and to make private all sharing needs individual Google accounts to set permissions.

Tl;dr Best bet is to use the plugins to Outlook to manage another CalDav calendar, like Google’s.

        MS 365 Family

Have you looked at MS 365 Family? It supports up to 5 users and costs $99 per year. Seems like a bargain.

Appreciate the suggestion. But it doesn't look like a calendar can be shared.

            Standard stuff

Shared calendars in Outlook is standard functionality. I don't have a Family account to check it for you, but here is a reference from Microsoft:

            MS Support Link

The property manager could even use a single shared calendar and use the available security settings to mark "private" items as "private".

Perusing that link they give you a couple of options:

If you have a 365 account that includes email, and hence an Exchange server connection, you can share the calendar via the normal methods that Exchange provides, such as stated in my prior post.

If you also have an Exchange account, they have a connector to export to CalDav, but I’m not entirely sure that their format is 100% compatible with Google. See the link I provided before to show that it’s not a 1:1 mapping.

Otherwise, if you don’t have an Exchange account you can export an iCal snapshot (read: non-updating) via an attachment or through embedded html in email.

It would seem that unless the manager wishes to subscribe to 365 with email, that my suggestions would be a good alternative.

i bought companionlink in the past once google started disallowing sync between outlook and google calendar. mabye that's an option? this was quite sometime ago.

your data is in google calendar and you use outlook via companion link. you can set up both machines so merge/sync bi-directionally iirc.
