Could be your neighbor's phone or device name.

It likely a wifi SSID (access point) of one of your neighbors. It's broadcast and if you had thr password, or if it is open, you could connect.

have you connected to it? maybe that's why it's remembering it. just easy to "forget" the ssid so you don't get bothered of having to change it.

Have not connected to it, PW required, houses are not real close, that is why its suprising to see something
