Delete misspelled words in Win 10 onscreen Keyboard auto-suggest memory?

Have a POS Dell touchscreen laptop running Win 10. The onscreen keyboard has somehow accumulated/saved a bunch of misspelled words in its memory and I cannot figure out how to purge the misspellings. Is there no way to do so sans a complete wipe and reload of Win 10?

I'm sure there's a way. Let me look for how to edit the custom dictionary.

      Go here:

      https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...filetype=&tbs=
Went to your search results and using the first one linked below, get to step 5 and when I try to open the file default.acl, get a popup with the message "How do you want to open this file?". So, how do I go about opening the file as I can't seem to open it?

You can edit the autocorrect dictionary to add your own words, and their correct spelling. Here’s how it’s done.

          Is this in a browser?
          Google?
          Brave?
          IE?
          Chrome?
          Edge?
          Etc

Is this in Microsoft Word? or in a word processing app?

Are the typo's inside an Email app?

It's the Onscreen Keyboard that came as part of Win 10. It has a predictive text pane across the top that suggests words as I type. I mainly type using my mouse as the laptop sits on a stand next to my recliner. All I want to do is delete the misspelled words that the system has stored in memory.
