Click Bait Subject/Title Silliness "Computer" "printer" "Domain" "not printing"

Subject/Summary of a topic, both here are at work is getting a bit half-arseticle.

Almost like people are trying to slack, click-baiting, or is it ESL?

Anyone else get sick of one-word, half-arsing, or other subject silliness?
Heldesk ticket subjects are the WORST in half-arse.

It's not generally super bad here in Tech and Internet forum, but other places, it's horrible...

When someone pulls this at work, I don't jump on something w/a subject that is half-arsed, unless I am caught up on everything else, which is rare, for good reason...
I just don't have extra time.

Recently I was chatting with someone about an issue, and I asked 2 questions.
    Response was literally "Oh, ok"...

    I flat-out typed:
    "Ok, what?
    I asked 2 questions..."

This person's native language isn't English, but they work in I.T...

Alternatively, I have a coworker who's native language isn't English, he's from Africa and HE is on-point, every-time. HE never has this issue.

You mean like what what we see on YouTube a lot? Or newspaper headlines?
"San Francisco Liberal With A Gun"
F***ing with people's heads, one gun show at a time. Hallelujah!

To be a true Liberal, you must be 100% pro-Second Amendment. Anything less is inconsistent with liberalism.

I don't really notice but I don't typically deal with help desk tickets. I do have to log time depending on whats getting fixed and who pays for it. I do the bare minimum typing up that crap so it probably looks like an ESL person wrote it. I just need the time in the system, nobody cares what I wrote. If its something I need to pass on to someone else (like kick down notes to help desk so they can fix it in the future rather than waste my expensive time) I will be pretty thorough with my writing.

I do notice people dropping links with no explanation or summary. I don't want to click stuff without having somewhat of a hint of what I'm going to spend time on.

I can't stand crap like that. One day, fed up, I decided to see who was the worst (best) at it and it was Fox.

          Fox:

"This food will enhance your life by ten years"
"Man in this state found winning lottery ticket twice"
"Make sure you never sleep until you do this"

That is just desperation. I would much rather read: "Please, please click here, we really need to pay our bills, the creditors keep calling"

With CNN, the top half is just exaggeration.

The bottom portion becomes somewhat useful:

"3 Airlines now offer round-trip to these 12 cities for less than $100"

"Top 10 Destinations for Least Expensive Travel in January 2021"
"Voted best local dinners across 10 Southern States"

          (actually accurate randomness)
