        Could be really old technology by now. Basically security for broadband by power line between machines that are in proximity. Comes in handy in-house playing a soft roll of protection between point-to-point relays.

        I don't know a thing about it but it looks wicked old. Probably uses low voltage and serial connections.

        If it was semi-modern it would be called a Substation Gateway probably designed to control voltage, spikes, circuit breakers and could be used for all sorts of things.

          Haha. Thanks I'm genuinely intrigued...made in France and looks well made. New in box and one came with no box. So I know they are modern. No further info. Shame to use them as a target practice. Wish someone had a use for them
