Amazon Prime Video Channel Free Trials

I have signed up through Amazon Prime Video for HBO, Starz, Hallmark, Cinemax and other channels using their free 7 day trial. I binge watch the movies I want and then cancel the trial before the 7 day period is up.

I want to sign up again and have been trying to find out if I will get another 7 day free trail after only a couple of month hiatus or if they will start billing me immediately. I have searched all over the place and can't find any information on how often you can enjoy the 7 day trial period.

On the regular Amazon Prime free trial there is the stipulation that you can only do this once a year, but nothing on the added channels

You will not be able to access a free trial if you are using the same account. I suppose you could circumvent this by creating many different amazon accounts with different emails. But I wouldn’t post about it. Lol.

If my memory is correct I have tried the 7-day trial deals on Prime twice: the first time I tried the 7-day trial of Showtime so I could binge watch Ray Donovan, and the second time I tried the 7-day trial of CBS so I could watch Picard. I canceled Showtime in time, but screwed up and did not cancel the CBS trial on time so I had to pay $10 or thereabouts for a month's service of CBS. Not the end of the world - I figured I would try to get my money's worth and tried to watch a few other programs but gave up pretty quickly on everything else I tried.

I've found that if you're patient and can wait from around 2 weeks to a month after canceling a channel, you can restart the free deal without hassle.
