I just posted a thread a few days ago and was able to attach photos straight from my phone using the paperclip icon. Now when i try to upload photos it's saying the file is too big for a jpeg(only 100kb or so allowed). But i never changed my other photos to pdf or anything. So what's going on? And how would i change my jpeg photos to pdf to allow 5MB?

File extension needs to be .jpg, not .jpeg.
The posting limits are a little broken, as illustrated by this type of differentiation.
Alternatively, check your upload storage quota to make sure it’s not being exceeded. -
