So I am looking to add Security Cameras outside.
May 2-4 cameras. Would like WIFI and maybe be able to watch on my
android phone.
Can only spend maybe a couple hundred.
Is there a system that is good in my price range?

For the time being stay away from Qsee equipment. Customer service has dropped to zero "due to Covid" and most of their stock is refurbished at this time.

Warranty is only 30 days and must subscribe for pay support after 10/31/20.

I'm told this it temporary, but we shall see.

You're easily at $100 or more for a decent DVR with no cameras. You may want to reconsider your budget unless you want bottom of the barrel crap. A half-decent system with a DVR and 4 cams will run about $300 to start.

I've mentioned this before but try to spend enough to get a quality color picture that theoretically could be used in court to identify someone.
Of course it's good to have an alarm system or camera that notifies you that bad guys are at your house. Hopefully that makes them just run away and find another victim. But if you spend enough and get a camera system that can identify a face of the perpetrator in a court of law where their attorney just says "let's plead out a deal because they've got you on camera", that to me is a better way of actually stopping crime and break-ins from happening in the future to both you and your neighbors.

I just ordered Lorex system with a 2TB dvr and 6 4k color night vision cameras. Connects to wifi for remote viewing, can send motion alerts, and theres a spotlight and siren on each camera.

I got it on sale for $299 and the sale ended yesterday, regular price at costco is $399, walmart sells the same system for $549

I've turned a few people on to them now and they tell me theres now a subscirption fee for them. I'm not sure the details as I have a handful of them and don't pay any subscription.

They work well for me.

I'm actually looking at Reolink 4k cameras myself, they get excellent reviews, night vision and zoom, great picture quality. Going to use my own home built DVR.

*Edit* Just happened to check my Amazon cart and noticed the exact Reolink cameras I was planning to purchase had about 15 minutes left on a lightning deal, got 2 for 15% off, plus 5% cash back with my Prime card. Can't wait to get them up and running!
