I want my old account back

Hi all. I couldn't get my password for my old account and registered a new one but now all my info, contacts, itrader info and posts are all gone. I have emailed tech 3 times but they just keep updating the new account. I was trying to find the password from my original account to keep it and close this one. Anyone had this issue before?

Isn't there a process of resetting your password through the email account you used to register?
